With Autodesk, Dan was part of the team that pioneered generative design in many verticals. One of the most exciting applications is in Automotive, and we see this being adopted much more today. This BMW S1000RR K46 Motorcycle used generative design to create an optimised lightweight, and stiff frame and swingarm. The components were additively manufactured by BMW showcasing a functional and stylish application of generative design.
