After several years working with passenger aircraft, Dan went on to contract in the Space industry. At Surrey Satellite Technology Limited (SSTL), Dan was the lead analyst and structural designer for projects such as Carbonite-1, an imaging micro-satellite that demonstrated low-cost GSD imagery.
